About the Board
- Board members are nominated by the Nominating Committee and elected to 2-year terms
- Approximately half of members are up for election each year
- Terms run on the fiscal year of the GHCA, which is April 1 – March 31
- All Board members are expected to serve on at least one committee
- The Board meets quarterly and also participates in the Annual Meeting of the GHCA
